The overall condition of the room was disappointing, as we

encountered several maintenance issues like water damage and a warped mattress. Despite this, the location was ideal for exploring the area, which is the only redeeming factor of our stay. I do recommend checking the room condition beforehand.

Location is unbeatable, with stunning views right on the beach! The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive. While the room needed upgrades, the cleanliness and service were commendable. Just be prepared for some dated decor and limited cooking supplies if you plan to prepare meals.

Location was great.

Our fridge smelled like fish, making our food inedible. Check-in was a hassle. we arrived at 2 PM and were told to wait until 4 PM without any apology. The management's response was dismissive, claiming it's a timeshare and they didn’t care about the cleanliness or our experience.

Unit upkeep needs attention!!! Rooms far too cramped for comfort, front and back doors require serious repairs, letting in unwanted breezes and making proper sealing impossible!!! Room sizes left no space to breathe!!!

Request a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from the street. It can significantly enhance your experience.

The bright, cheerful decor in the common areas really lifted my spirits. The accessibility features, like ramps and handrails, made getting around easy for us seniors. The oceanfront view from our room was simply breathtaking!

More comfortable seating by the pool would be nice.

We enjoyed the amazing beach, took a day to ride the Ferris wheel at Family Kingdom Amusement Park and discovered some great local seafood spots. It was awesome being so close to everything, especially the friendly vibe of the area!

Our unit was pretty small. it felt cramped for four of us. We could barely walk around without bumping into each other, which made hanging out inside a little tough.

The dining options around this spot are a win! Painter's Homemade Ice Cream hit the sweet spot and Causeway Grill & Raw Bar had some fresh seafood that left me craving more. Plus, the staff were super friendly and gave me the scoop on local hotspots. Cleanliness was on point, making it feel welcoming for a beachside escape.

good overall experience with minor issues

The room cleanliness was exceptional. The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to assist. The air conditioner cooled effectively, keeping our studio comfortable even in warm weather. Additionally, I loved that the refrigerator was extremely cold, and the automatic ice maker was a nice bonus.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent, which interrupted our evening streaming plans.

We loved the breathtaking view from our room and enjoyed chilling in the beach-access pool. Perfect spot for couples!

It was just a strong match for a lightning trip in Garden City with good price value. Loved the location next to the pier, making it easy to explore. Make sure to check if the pool is heated before your stay.
